Building Confidence through Art Therapy

Join us to create your "tree of strength" which will help you achieve a higher level of self-confidence and fulfillment.

If you often find yourself questioning yourself and doubting your abilities, you deserve to see the amazingness of you that the world sees. Imagine waking up and feeling motivated and excited for the day. Imagine feeling confident in what you want, need, do, and say.

In this workshop, you will learn how to create and utilize positive affirmations, practice seeing your value, and identify your support. We will then create “trees of strength” using simple art materials to remind you of the qualities and abilities that make you amazing, even if you forget sometimes. Start believing in yourself and take on the world with confidence.

No art skills or experience are required.

Art Therapy will be facilitated by Brittany Bishop who is a licensed professinal clinical counselor who specializes in developing coping skills for anxiety, self-esteem, and self-doubt in life transitions. Brittany helps her clients recognize their self-worth and strengthen your coping skills to manage these stressors.
