Too many women survivors of trauma and abuse struggle in silence…
We help them work through their emotional pain so they can heal and flourish into the best versions of themselves!
Our Mission
We strive to empower women survivors of trauma and abuse to become the ultimate versions of themselves no matter what adversities they’ve faced.
There are many types of trauma and abuse that many people don’t “see” including domestic, sexual, emotional, and financial abuse. &Rise offers educational resources, counseling, support groups and coaching to help women rise above the trauma so they can heal and flourish into the best versions of themselves! When they work through the trauma, they can "release" the pain and finally enjoy the happiness and success that they deserve! Our goal is to help these women get the support that they need to succeed. We also are building a community of caring souls who are dedicated to volunteering and funding our cause so we can continually help more people worldwide!

“&Rise provides outstanding support to women recovering from trauma. It provides peer support, tools for empowerment and healing. The way this is provided is truly exceptional and from people who really get it and care. What a beautiful gem of hope and light. Thank you for being there for women who need you when there seems nowhere left to turn. Beautiful empowering women lifting up others to rise up too, just pure divinity in action. Thank you Jennifer Solarte and &Rise”

“I love this organization, our group meets online and it's been really cathartic for me. I love to hear from the other ladies. It helps you not feel so alone. Although our traumas are not the same, our connections and empathy for each other are. Thanks for giving me the space to share my story. Thanks to Jennifer Solarte for starting such a wonderful organization. Don't take my word for it, try it for yourself.”
